Natasha South
With 14 years experience in Recruitment Operations, Natasha supported SME recruitment businesses on their journey to growth from building award-winning Ops functions, to launching new brands and international expansion.
From her position as Operations Director at Camino Partners, the only consultancy focused on placing non-sales professionals into the recruitment sector, she noticed a large gap in support and development for Ops professionals in the Recruitment sector. Utilising her network, she began to build a community, hosting networking events, creating content and launching the 'Ops in Recruitment' networking group, which has grown from strength to strength.
From here she founded RecOps Consulting Ltd and Recruitment Ops Mentoring, the first dedicated training, coaching and mentoring programme for Operations Professionals. She focuses on delivering practical training workshops, career coaching and mentoring across the sector.
She now operates as a Fractional COO, supporting SME recruitment businesses on executing their growth plans.
Ishari De Silva
With 10 years experience in Recruitment Contracts, Compliance and Operations, Ishari has spearheaded best practice and transformation across a variety of international recruitment businesses.
From her experience in building operations and compliance functions from scratch, implementing robust processes across multiple sectors and jurisdictions, Ishari has gained a wealth of knowledge in optimising Recruitment Operations.
An early member of the 'Ops in Recruitment' community group, she supported businesses across the sector, whilst working as the Operations Director and Strategic Advisor for Gazelle Global.
Her most recent focus has been on DEI & sustainability initiatives, including supporting businesses on their EcoVardis reassessment process, Disability Confident Employer certification, embedding DEI processes and policies and initiatives to support Net Zero mission.
In 2025, Ishari merged Stratgy - Compliance & Operational Outsourcing into the RecOps Stratgy brand. Now offering end-to-end operational support to recruitment businesses.
